Installer CRM Case Study

This installer CRM case study describes a system we built inside LAMTANS Engineering, a working UK installer. It replaced scattered tools with one record per job, from the first enquiry to the paid invoice. The system is used every day, and this page explains the problem, the solution and what we measure.

The challenge
An installer handles leads, consent records, surveys, designs, customer paperwork, invoices, staff and renewals. Each lived in a different tool or notebook, so information was retyped and things were missed between steps.

Our solution
We built one system around the job. It holds leads with consent records, surveys, appointments and photos, heat pump and solar designs, MCS customer documents, invoices and a renewals register. The menus use installer words, so staff do not need software training.

The result
LAMTANS Engineering runs its day-to-day work in the system. [TEAM: add measurable results, such as time saved per job or fewer missed renewals, with the date range]

What this installer CRM case study shows
Software built next to the people who use it fits their work. We now offer the same approach to other installers. See the CRM for installers and software for installers.
