01

Heat pump and solar installer software: one system instead of five

Most installers pay for a CRM, a lead website, a design tool, a paperwork system and a spreadsheet for money. Our heat pump installer software and solar installer software keep it all in one place, so nothing is typed twice.

Leads and surveys

Every enquiry gets a consent badge, a follow-up date and a diary slot. Survey appointments go in the same diary.

Designs and proposals

Room-by-room heat loss to MIS 3005-D for heat pumps, and solar PV designs with battery options and a customer proposal.

Jobs, money and compliance

Jobs, invoices, expenses, quality-management records, handover packs and renewals, linked to the customer and the property.

Your team, anywhere

Office and field logins, a field app for site work and owner sign-in protected with a 6-digit code.

02

Heat pump installer leads you can trust

Our heat pump installer leads and solar leads are exclusive: each enquiry goes to one installer only. You see a short summary first, then decide.

See the job before you pay

Each offer shows the postcode district, the measure, property type, ownership, timescale and funding route. Name, address and phone number are released only when you accept.

Pay only when you accept

You top up a prepaid balance. A lead is charged when you accept it. If you do not answer in time, it goes to the next installer and costs you nothing.

Postcodes you choose

Pick the postcode districts and measures you want. Exclusive postcodes are offered to you first.

Fair returns

Wrong number, out of area, duplicate or a homeowner who never asked? Report it within 7 days and approved returns go back to your balance.

Booked surveys for installers

A booked survey is a homeowner who has been qualified by phone and booked into a slot from your diary. The price is held when you accept and only charged once the homeowner confirms the surveyor visited. If nobody came, the hold is released.

A CRM for renewable energy installers that keeps you compliant

Every lead carries a record of what the homeowner agreed to: the wording they saw, the time and who they agreed to be passed to. Opt-outs are kept on one do-not-contact list. Leads you buy land in your system with that record attached, so you can show where every customer came from.

Your business runs in its own separate database. No other installer, and none of our own companies, can see your customers. Backups run every night, and you can take a full copy of your data if you ever leave.

MCS installer software built by installers

The platform was built for LAMTANS Engineering and Compliant Retrofits, PAS 2030 and TrustMark-registered installers in Manchester, and they use it on live jobs every day. Every screen comes from real surveys, designs and handovers, not from a software company guessing how installers work.

Designs follow MIS 3005-D for heat pumps.

Lead consent and hand-overs are logged for every enquiry.

Leads stay yours

export them any time.

Done-for-you services when you are busy

Short of office time? Order a desk pre-check, a home survey, a heat loss and design, or grant and network-operator paperwork from inside the platform. The work is done by LAMTANS Engineering. Design sign-off stays with you as the certified installer. Where you hold an exclusive postcode, LAMTANS Engineering does not quote for marketplace leads there.

1. Book a demo

A 30-minute video call. We show the platform on real (anonymised) jobs and answer your questions.

2. Checks and agreement

We check your accreditations and insurance. You sign the Installer Agreement online.

3. Set up

We set up your system, import your customers and switch on your postcodes.

The founding-member beta is open to a small number of installers, starting in the North West. We only take payment for leads once we can show homeowner demand in your area.

Frequently asked questions

What is the LAMTANS Installer Platform?

It is software for heat pump and solar installers that combines a CRM, designs, jobs and money with a marketplace of verified homeowner leads and booked surveys. Leads you buy arrive in your own system.

Do I have to use the software to buy leads?

No. You can buy leads only, with one login. If you also use the software, every lead you accept is added to it automatically with its consent record.

How are leads charged?

From a prepaid balance. A lead is charged only when you accept it. A booked survey is held when you accept and charged when the homeowner confirms the visit.

What if a lead is wrong?

Report it within 7 days with evidence: wrong number, no answer after six logged attempts over three days, out of area, duplicate, never enquired or false details. Approved returns go back to your balance.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your customers, jobs and documents stay yours, and you can take a full copy if you leave.

Is my data kept separate from other installers?

Yes. Each installer has a separate database, not a shared one with filters. Owners sign in with a password and a 6-digit code, and backups run nightly.

Who can join the beta?

Installers who hold the accreditations for the work they sell, carry public liability insurance and sign the Installer Agreement. We start in the North West and add areas as homeowner demand grows.

Can I import my current customers?

Yes. We import your customer and lead lists as part of set-up.

What are done-for-you services?

Pre-checks, home surveys, heat loss and design, and grant or network-operator paperwork carried out by LAMTANS Engineering when you are short of time. Design sign-off stays with your business.

Who is behind the platform?

It is designed and developed by LAMTANS Technologies, part of the LAMTANS Group, and built with LAMTANS Engineering and Compliant Retrofits, who use it every day.
